Timelines vary by season and consular load. After your interview, most B1/B2 cases that are approved are printed and returned by courier in several business days; some cases require administrative processing and can take longer. We’ll set expectations when we book your slot and track your case through to passport return.
If your trip is soon, we prepare your file to avoid avoidable delays (barcode/DS-160 number match, photo compliance, consistent financials). That preparation often matters more than the actual interview minutes.
Historically, interviews were generally required for ages 14–79 (with limited exceptions); children under 14 and adults 80+ were often exempt, though officers could still require an interview. The State Department has announced a policy update effective Sept 2, 2025 indicating most applicants (including under-14 and over-79) will generally need in-person interviews, with narrow exceptions. We’ll confirm what applies on your date.
Either way, our prep doesn’t change: we front-load your documentation and coach you (or your teen’s parent/guardian) so your case is coherent, consistent, and quick at the window.
We act as your project manager: DS-160 completion, photo compliance, MRV fee guidance, appointment booking, document indexing, interview coaching, and (if eligible) courier-in navigation for interview-waiver cases. You concentrate on answers; we sweat the admin.
Visit us at 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai or Office 301A, API Tower, Trade Center. For nearby areas we offer free document pick-up & drop; for farther areas we’ll arrange a simple courier. We’ll build your case the same day we receive your documents and keep you updated until your passport is back.
If you hold a UAE passport, you generally need a B1/B2 visitor visa for tourism or business travel to the U.S.; the UAE is not in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Nationals of VWP countries may instead use ESTA for short trips, but many residents in Dubai aren’t VWP nationals, so a standard visa is the right path.
If you’re a UAE resident (any nationality), you can apply in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We’ll confirm the correct route for your passport, then manage your DS-160, fee, appointment, and supporting docs so your case is interview-ready.
For B1/B2, bring your passport, DS-160 confirmation, appointment page, recent bank statements, employment/sponsor letter (NOC), UAE residence proof/Emirates ID, a compliant 2×2 inch photo, and any invitation if visiting family/meetings. We’ll format and cross-check every piece so it matches your declared purpose and itinerary.
Our team assembles a clean, labeled file and rehearses typical officer questions (purpose, travel dates, funding, ties). You focus on answers; we handle the paperwork cadence so your interview runs smoothly.
The nonimmigrant visa application (MRV) fee for visitor/student/exchange categories is $185 (petition-based categories differ). Always use the official fees page or the UAE scheduling portal; we’ll confirm the correct amount and payment method before you pay.
When the consular portal instructs you to send documents/passports, it issues a Courier-In Authorization. You print that and submit at designated Emirates Post counters; we’ll prepare the packet, checklist, and barcodes, and we can even coordinate your trip to the nearest branch.
Prefer a concierge feel? We offer free document pick-up & drop in nearby Dubai areas to assemble everything at our office (Bur Dubai or Trade Center), then hand the final packet back to you for Emirates Post submission.
The process is the same, but evidence of legal stay in the UAE (residence visa or entry status) must be clear, and your travel/finance proofs must align to your profile. We tailor your checklist to nationality-specific patterns we see at Dubai/Abu Dhabi so the officer gets a tidy, self-explanatory dossier.
For frequent travelers with prior U.S./Schengen/UK history, we present that history coherently—it can help demonstrate ties and travel discipline (though it never guarantees a U.S. approval).
Depending on your visa history/category, consular officers may waive in-person interviews (policy has changed several times). As of February 18, 2025, certain renewals/categories could be considered for waiver at consular discretion; however, the State Department announced further changes effective September 2, 2025, under which most applicants will generally need an in-person interview, with limited exceptions remaining. We’ll check your exact eligibility at intake and steer you to the right lane.
We start by aligning your photo to U.S. specs. Then we guide you through paying the MRV fee and scheduling the interview at the U.S. Consulate General Dubai or U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi via the official portal.
From there, we prep your “officer-friendly” bundle (job letter/NOC, bank statements, itinerary, ties to UAE) and coach you for the interview so your story is consistent with your forms. You’ll attend in person unless you qualify for (and are routed into) the Interview Waiver/“drop-off” path.
