Do all travelers need to complete anything before they fly?
Yes—nearly all travelers must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with health declaration before arrival (up to 3 days prior). We’ll send you the official link and include it in your travel pack so check-in is smooth.
This SGAC is separate from the visa process; even visa-exempt nationals must file it. We time your SGAC submission against your flight to avoid re-filing.
What documents do UAE residents typically need for a Singapore visitor visa?
Core items are Form 14A, a valid passport (≥6 months), identity/UAE residence evidence, recent bank/funding proof, travel plan (flights/accommodation), and a compliant photo (35×45 mm, white background). We label and index uploads exactly to ICA specs so officers can review quickly.

Do UAE residents need a Singapore visa—or is it visa-free?
It depends on your passport, not your UAE residency. Some nationalities are visa-exempt for short visits and don’t need a visa at all; others are visa-required and must secure a Singapore entry visa before flying. Note: a Singapore visa is not “visa on arrival,” and holding a visa doesn’t guarantee entry. The final Visit Pass (days you can stay) is decided by ICA officers at the checkpoint when you arrive.

If you don’t have a local contact, we’ll advise alternative routes allowed by ICA (e.g., applying via authorised agents/overseas mission) and make sure your case still meets evidentiary standards.
What’s the correct way to apply from Dubai (UAE residents of any nationality)?
Visa-required applicants in the UAE apply through an authorised visa agent/strategic partner or via a local contact in Singapore—applications are not accepted over ICA counters. We lodge your file through the correct channel tied to the Singapore Consulate-General in Dubai.
You’re advised to apply within 30 days before your intended arrival (visa validity is short). We time your submission to that window and keep your passport available for other travel.
How long can I stay, and is the visa multiple-entry?
Your stay is set on arrival via a Visit Pass (not by the visa sticker/e-visa). Use ICA’s stay-calculator if you want certainty on outbound dates; we also brief you on extensions (if eligible) before you travel.
Entry visas may be issued single or multiple entry at ICA’s discretion; we prepare your history and itinerary to support the most appropriate request, but the officer’s decision governs.
