This document outlines the No Refund Policy governing all services provided by Seamless Tourism LLC. By engaging our services, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. This No Refund Policy forms an integral and legally binding part of the agreement between you and Seamless Tourism LLC.
1. Scope of Services
Seamless Tourism LLC provides a wide range of travel and tourism services, including but not limited to visa applications, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and customized tour packages.
This No Refund Policy applies universally to all services offered by Seamless Tourism LLC, regardless of the type or category of the service.
2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
All payments made to Seamless Tourism LLC are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment has been processed for any service—such as visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, or tour packages—it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Clients are therefore advised to carefully review all details, terms, and requirements before making any payment or confirming a booking.
3. Documentation and Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for submitting all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in delays or service denial; however, this does not entitle the client to any refund.
All documents handled by Seamless Tourism LLC are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
4. Payment Terms and Service Fees
Full payment is required in advance for all services. Once payment is received, it becomes non-refundable.
This policy applies irrespective of the outcome or circumstances, including:
- Cancellations made by the client,
- Rejections by external authorities (e.g., embassy, consulate, airline, hotel),
- Changes in travel plans, or
- Any other external factors beyond the company’s control.
By proceeding with payment, clients accept that all transactions are final.
5. Credit Note Option
In cases where a client cannot utilize a booked service, Seamless Tourism LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit note instead of a refund.
- The credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
- It can be redeemed for any service offered by Seamless Tourism LLC within the validity period.
- The credit note must be used through the same booking agent or representative who processed the original booking.
Expired credit notes hold no value and cannot be extended or reissued.
6. Processing Time and Service Approval
All processing times provided are estimates only and may vary based on external factors such as embassy workload, travel restrictions, or public holidays.
The No Refund Policy remains in effect regardless of any delays in processing or changes in expected service timelines.
Approval or rejection of applications (e.g., visas) rests solely with the respective authorities, and Seamless Tourism LLC has no control or influence over these decisions. No refund or compensation will be issued in case of rejection or delay.
7. Changes to Terms
Seamless Tourism LLC reserves the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
However, all modifications will maintain the fundamental principle that all payments are non-refundable.
8. Legal Framework and Compliance
This policy is governed by and complies with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including applicable consumer protection regulations.
By engaging the services of Seamless Tourism LLC, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy in its entirety.
